Justice That Restores Dignity
Join us in defending human rights and restoring freedom.
About Us
Mishpat – Justice That Restores
We are guided by the principle of Mishpat, a concept rooted in ancient moral law that goes beyond punishment and legal compliance.
Mishpat means doing justice in a way that restores dignity, protects the vulnerable, and corrects systems that enable exploitation.
For us, Mishpat calls for:
- Fair and impartial treatment of every individual
- Protection of those whose rights have been violated
- Accountability for perpetrators of trafficking and exploitation
- Restoration of survivors through access to safety, rights, and opportunity
- Transformation of social and institutional systems that allow injustice to persist

OUR CORE PILLARS
What Guides Our Mission and Our Work
Our work is grounded in four core pillars that shape how we understand justice, dignity, healing, and accountability. Rooted in the principle of Mishpat, these pillars guide every action we take to prevent trafficking, protect survivors, and transform unjust systems.
Restorative Justice
We are rooted in the principle of Mishpat—justice that goes beyond punishment or legal compliance. We work to protect the vulnerable, hold traffickers accountable, restore dignity to survivors, and transform systems that enable exploitation and abuse.
Human Dignity and Rights
Every human being possesses inherent dignity and equal rights. Our work affirms that survivors are not objects of charity, but rights-holders with voice, agency, and legal entitlement, regardless of gender, caste, religion, or status.
Compassionate Restoration
Rescue alone does not equal freedom. We pursue holistic, survivor-centered restoration that addresses physical, emotional, legal, and economic needs—supporting long-term healing, livelihoods, and reintegration with dignity.
Integrity, Accountability, and Collective Action
We believe justice requires integrity and collaboration. We commit to ethical conduct, transparency, and responsible stewardship of resources, while working in partnership with communities, government, law enforcement, and civil society to achieve lasting systemic change.
